In collaboration with,                               which provides music lessons in refugee camps as a cultural protest of the occupation, Dobbs performs for schools and refugee camps and music schools throughout the West Bank inspiring children and adults alike. At his concerts communities come together  to hear Dobbs and sometimes also the Al Kamandjati musicians . Performances have touched the participants of the Circus Behind the Wall, the Freedom Theater and the Computer Clubhouse.
